Ritchey Stem Shim 31.8 to 28.6

Ritchey Stem Shim adaptors allow 25.4mm forks steerers to fit 28.6mm diameter stems, and 28.6mm for steerers to fit 31.8mm (1-1/4″) diameter stems.
